CommunityConnect allows you to schedule messages to be sent at a later date and time via the “messages” tab. You can also choose to repeat the send on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.

To schedule a message:

  1. Navigate to the "messages" tab and click "Send Message."

  2. Enter the text you want to send, select your desired recipients, tick the “Schedule for later” box, and then click "Send Message."  

  3. On the next page, you will see the number of recipients and the text of your message. To schedule the send, click on the calendar and then on “Schedule for later.”

  4. Select the desired date and time for the send and click “Done.”

  5. Select the desired level of repetition. Options include never, daily, weekly and monthly. 

To view your scheduled messages and/or cancel a send, click on “Schedules” in the left side panel on the “messages” tab. Upcoming sends will have a clock icon next to them and an indication of how much time remains before the send.

To cancel a scheduled send:

  1. Click on the send you want to cancel.

  2. Click on the calendar icon.

  3. Select “Cancel schedule” and click the red button to confirm. The text next to the calendar icon will display “Not scheduled.”
