Messages can be exported to a spreadsheet document for review and analysis outside of the CommunityConnect platform.
To export incoming and outgoing messages:
Navigate to the "messages" tab.
Select the group(s) of contacts whose messages you'd like to export
Optional: Choose a start and/or end date to establish a timeframe for the messages you want to export. If you leave these fields blank, the export will include all messages sent and received on your account.
You'll receive an email at the address associated with your CommunityConnect account. The email will contain a download link protected by your CommunityConnect username and password.
The exported file will contain the date, contact phone number, contact type, contact name, contact UUID, direction (incoming or outgoing), text and status of each message. If you’ve used labels to organize messages on your account, these data will be included as well.
