Much like email, Community Connect allows you to archive incoming messages, while outgoing messages are kept to verify the origin of messages sent via the channels connected to your Community Connect account.
To archive incoming messages:
1. Click the "messages" tab.
2. Select the boxes to the left of the messages you'd like to archive.
3. Click the "archive" icon.
Archived messages will appear in the "Archived" folder to the left of the message list.
