Messages can be exported to a spreadsheet document for review outside Community Connect.


To export incoming and outgoing messages:


1. Click the "messages" tab.


2. Click the "export" box above and to the right of the message list.

3. Select the group(s) of contacts whose messages you'd like to export, then choose a start and end date to establish a time frame in which the messages will have been sent or received.

4. You'll receive an email at the address associated with your Community Connect account containing a download link protected by your username and password. The exported file will contain the date, contact number, contact type, contact name, contact UUID, direction, text and status of each message:
