This trigger is enabled on accounts that are connected to a chat-based channel, such as Facebook or Telegram. By adding this trigger, you will add a “Start” button to the selected channel. When the contact opens the chat for the first time, the contact will be able to start the specified flow by clicking the “Start” button.

To create this trigger:

  1. Navigate to the "triggers" tab, and then click the "Create Trigger" box.

  2. Click the "Start a Flow When a Conversation is Started by a Contact" option.

  3. Select the channel that you want to associate with this trigger.

  4. Select the flow you would like to trigger.

  5. Click "Create Trigger.”
